Dr Vivek Bindra Replies on Sandeep Maheshwari’s posts: Clarifying Claims and Challenges from Maheshwari
- Dr Vivek Bindra responded to Sandeep Maheshwari’s previous inquiry, stating, “Have you ever examined our financial records? Have you even identified our auditor, who meticulously audits all our financial transactions? We pay 25 times more than the industry standard because we strive for unparalleled transparency in the market. You’re accusing us of a scam, but we go above and beyond to be transparent. Please reconsider your allegations.”
- Dr Vivek Bindra addressed the claim in his video, stating, “Sandeep Maheshwari did not receive any legal notice from our side. If he has indeed received any legal notice, he is welcome to make it public and prove its authenticity.”
- Dr Vivek Bindra accused Sandeep Maheshwari of orchestrating a sensational scam expose solely to boost viewership on his business mastery seminars posted on YouTube. Dr Bindra lamented that Sandeep Maheshwari is using the scam narrative to manipulate public interest and increase viewership for his videos.
- Dr Vivek Bindra directly addressed Sandeep Maheshwari in his video, stating, “You label it as a scam, but do you realize that I’ve invested approximately two hundred crores in developing our product and creating content? We’ve focused on advancing technology, enhancing customer service, and building a strong team. We hold 12 world records. Can someone involved in scams achieve such accomplishments? We stand here honestly; we haven’t fled. Think about it.”
- Dr Vivek Bindra reminded Sandeep Maheshwari of his commitment, saying, “You’ve pledged never to take a single rupee for your sessions throughout your life, even after your death, claiming they are free for all. but when you visit offices upon invitation, you charge 36,00,000. Conversely, if someone desires a private session with you, the fee is 9,00,000. and also said that they are deleting evidence that proves our innocence from your videos. You deliberately omitted the part where I was praised during the session, choosing to showcase only the segment where I was targeted.”
- Dr Vivek Bindra presented evidence demonstrating that the individual, Sonu, featured at the beginning of the scam expose video, had initially expressed satisfaction with his studies but later found enhanced confidence and learned valuable skills after joining the Bada Business program. Within a few days, he even achieved his first sale. Dr. Vikendra emphasized that the same person had previously spoken positively about the program, highlighting it as the best. However, when featured on Sandeep Maheshwari’s show, his statements were portrayed as if the program was nothing but a fraud or scam.

Our team edited his name from my video because the idea was not to target any particular person or company. That video was made to spread awareness for public welfare (not for any kind of controversy). But he thought that we did not take his name because we were scared of him. This was his first BIG mistake.
