Following this, Sandeep Maheshwari began posting more videos, which garnered millions of views, making it a sensation on the internet. The hashtag #stopVivekBindra started trending as people expressed their opinions on the matter. In response, Vivek Bindra addressed the controversy through various videos and interviews.

However, the court refused to direct me to delete it without considering my written stand when my lawyers informed the Hon’ble Court that my video is truthful. In fact, the Hon’ble Court, in the interest of peace, asked both parties not to publish videos against each other till the case is pending. #Satyamev Jayate”

10-day MBA notice: This is what was said in the advisory-

It has come to the notice of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) that some motivational speakers/Influencers are offering a 10-day MBA crash course. This is to inform all stakeholders that such a crash course is an attempt to misguide the young minds of the country

As per the Hon’ble Supreme Court judgement, NO Institution/University can run technical course(s) including MBA/Management courses (leading to Post Graduate degree) without getting approval from AICTE. MBA is a two-year post-graduate degree course designed to equip individuals with advanced skills and knowledge in various aspects of Business and Management.

As claimed, the MBA Programme Course (In case leading to a degree) cannot be completed in 10 days.

Therefore, it is to notify all stakeholders that, the MBA crash course offered by such individuals/organisations is misleading and inappropriate. All stakeholders and students are advised to be cautious and do not fall prey to such fraudulent offers.
