Is 10 Day Mba By Dr Vivek Bindra Fake?- Recently, Dr. Vivek Bindra launched a 10-day MBA program, which is completely free. In this program, participants are promised to be taught the best MBA lessons and business strategies within 10 days. However, this initiative has faced controversy, particularly in the context of a dispute involving Sandeep Maheshwari and Dr. Vivek Bindra.

The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has taken notice of such crash courses and issued a public notice regarding them. This move suggests that there may be concerns or issues associated with these programs.

The Beginning of the Sandeep Maheshwari and Dr Vivek Bindra Controversy

One video, uploaded on December 11 by Sandeep Maheshwari, exposed an online scam. Since the release of this video, it has gained immense popularity on the internet, sparking a controversy between Sandeep Maheshwari and Dr. Vivek Bindra. Many other YouTubers and creators joined the discussion, claiming that there is a controversy between the two.

Following this, Sandeep Maheshwari began posting more videos, which garnered millions of views, making it a sensation on the internet. The hashtag #stopVivekBindra started trending as people expressed their opinions on the matter. In response, Vivek Bindra addressed the controversy through various videos and interviews.

However, the situation took another turn when Vivek Bindra faced additional trouble. He was allegedly seen beating his wife in a viral video. This incident further intensified the controversy surrounding him.

For a few days, the sensation remained unchanged as neither Sandeep Maheshwari nor Vivek Bindra uploaded any videos on YouTube. However, we soon saw a community post by Sandeep Maheshwari stating:

“Vivek Bindra has filed a civil suit to get my video deleted. However, the court refused to direct me to delete it without considering my written stand when my lawyers informed the Hon’ble Court that my video is truthful. In fact, the Hon’ble Court, in the interest of peace, asked both parties not to publish videos against each other till the case is pending. #Satyamev Jayate”

What AICTE said in the notice for the 10-day MBA

10-day MBA notice: This is what was said in the advisory-

It has come to the notice of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) that some motivational speakers/Influencers are offering a 10-day MBA crash course. This is to inform all stakeholders that such a crash course is an attempt to misguide the young minds of the country

As per the Hon’ble Supreme Court judgement, NO Institution/University can run technical course(s) including MBA/Management courses (leading to Post Graduate degree) without getting approval from AICTE. MBA is a two-year post-graduate degree course designed to equip individuals with advanced skills and knowledge in various aspects of Business and Management.

As claimed, the MBA Programme Course (In case leading to a degree) cannot be completed in 10 days.

Therefore, it is to notify all stakeholders that, the MBA crash course offered by such individuals/organisations is misleading and inappropriate. All stakeholders and students are advised to be cautious and do not fall prey to such fraudulent offers.
